Needless to say, it took a few years to refine my decorating skills and broaden my baking repertoire. Since then, I have decorated desserts for award-winning bakeries and tea houses from Orange County to Las Vegas, specializing in hand-piping beautiful designs and hand-crafting fondant details.

While working in high-production commercial kitchens, I always wished for more time to make each cookie or cake extra special. And so, "Decorated by Cami" was born.

My home-based bakery in California allows me the freedom to focus on the details and make each custom order stunning. I currently create my delicious cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for friends and family in the South Bay area.
It all began with a cow cake. I was 13 years old and decided to make a custom cake for my Grandma's 63rd birthday. It was the first time I had cut a cake into a shape. It was the first time I had attempted a 3D nose (complete with M&M nostrils!). And it was the first time I was proud enough of my decorating to take a picture.
